Welcome to Dnyandeep Abhyasika. By using our website, facilities, or services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission & Membership

• Admission is granted at the discretion of Dnyandeep Abhyasika
• Each student is allowed to book only one seat at a time
• Membership is non-transferable

2. Seat Booking Rules

• Seat booking status is marked as Pending after confirmation
• Seat becomes Active/Booked only after successful payment
• Seats once booked cannot be changed without permission
• Expired subscriptions automatically free the seat

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees must be paid in advance for the selected duration
• No refund will be provided for unused days
• Late payments may result in seat cancellation

4. Study Hall Discipline

• Maintain silence inside the study hall
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode
• Misbehavior may lead to immediate cancellation of membership

5. Personal Belongings

Dnyandeep Abhyasika is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Students are advised to take care of their valuables.

6. Website Usage

• Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
• Providing false information may result in account termination

7. Suspension & Termination

Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without prior notice in case of rule violations or misconduct.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
